Customer Service That Won’t Stop Telling You How Pleased they Are

The customer support team is amazing! They really go above and beyond for their customers, always willing to help out when you're stuck or having trouble. I had an issue where my account was in "suspended" status (for reasons outside of my control) but still able to access everything through my admin portal. My rep helped me get back into the system so I could continue working as normal. It's nice knowing that if there's anything at all wrong, the techs will try to fix things right away instead of just waiting until the next day like some companies do. This has been great for us because we can't be everywhere at once, but sometimes its hard to know what your coworkers are doing while you're not around. We've also found that it helps cut down on paper waste by being more efficient about managing tasks. Honestly? Its made life easier for.
