I very much like the solid build and classy look very much of this product. As you can see, the brown is closer to red than brown, but I think the photo is reasonably accurate and I quite like it. Cons: the pleather doesn't even remotely resemble the feel of real leather. Also, be aware that the part of the sleeve that wraps over the trackpad covers the vents on the MacBook Pro Retina and as such is probably not idea on a notebook that is already a notorious overheater as it is.All in all though, for now, I must say I like this product and while it's not the best fake leather I've ever seen, it's certainly good value and a little different from the usual hard shells.
