Easy to use but expensive if you keep it going
I liked how it was easy to use through our website but could be more interactive with other features for example reporting which would have been nice if we had all of these options available. The cost can get expensive after awhile so its important you know your budget before using this software as there are many different packages out their depending upon what one meets needs best. We were able to see exactly where users stopped while browsing websites giving us an idea about why they left quickly at certain times during peak hours when advertisers pay them money in exchange for impressions/views etc..
Pros
- We found it to be very easy to use and the ability to see where users are dropping off for a few seconds or hours at a time is very important for our business
Cons
- There are other features such as reporting that we would have liked to have been available
