After extensive research I found that most customers have been impressed with the quality of Sanus products and appreciated their support. Well I can say I'm impressed too; they are second to none. I connected the Sanus VLF525 to a Samsung 46 LED TV. This mount is designed for much larger TVs but allows me to move the TV completely perpendicular to the wall to get a true 90 degree angle. This allows me to move the TV away from the wall and rotate it 90 degrees to the wall, which is what our needs require. Before purchasing I contacted Sanus via email with a few questions to make sure the TV I was looking to buy would fit. work in my case. They replied the same day and confirmed everything was working. I also had to contact Sanus during the installation because I needed 2 longer screws than in the box. They offered to mail them to me for free, but the tech gave me quick directions so I could go to my local Ace Hardware and buy exactly what I needed. Two screws only cost me $1.50 and I was able to proceed with the installation in 30 minutes. The mount is very heavy, almost twice the weight of a 46-inch Samsung TV. easy to follow. I used the included magnetic screwdriver to locate the studs in the wall and locate the holes. I used blue masking tape to tape the installation template to the wall. It was easy from there, but you do need a second person to lift and lock the TV in place. The mount has multiple adjustments, making it extremely flexible and forgiving. . The mount feels incredibly strong and durable. I can pull the TV out about 2 feet from the wall and it holds tight. The same feeling arises when adjusting the level and viewing angle. Part of the cost But I'm not sure the less expensive mounts will even come close to matching the quality of this product. More importantly, I don't have to worry about my TV falling on the floor with a cheap mount.
