Review on πͺ BXKM 3.5 inch Paring Knife - German High Carbon Stainless Steel for Precise Fruit and Vegetable Cutting by Ruth Ward
Good performance but minor problems in finishing
I've been using this knife for more than a month, it cuts perfectly, keeps its sharpness with short use. Bought a second one as a Christmas present. But there is a problem with the finish. On the first knife, most of the blade was an even 50/50 double grind, but at the tip it's more like a 75/25, but this didn't affect performance and is easily remedied when resharpening the blade. The second knife had a dent and bulge where the heel meets the bolster which would have been difficult to repair.
