This card doesn't work.

I bought this unit Just a day after I bought the V4 dashcam it doesn't work at all. I plug it into the dash cam and it says I need to format it then I go to format then it says there was an SD card error with a brand new and undamaged unused card. Everywhere I checked online it said vantur's doesn't respond to complaints or product defects so I'll just buy another card and hopefully get a refund. I've just decided to buy another card and hopefully get a refund.
