Very good call center software for small business

It has allowed us to build out our team with great people who are easy going, fun loving, very smart and have been able to work together well in this new environment! Nothing really as I am not aware off but it seems like everything runs smoothly considering we don't use any other VoIP systems which can be difficult at times when things go wrong. We've had some issues over time where they haven't always stayed current - so there was nothing major or bad about their service itself just more trouble trying to get them updated if needed. The benefits include being able to expand into different markets without having such large capital expenses by using cloud services rather than buying hardware/software licenses etc.

Pros
  • I was able to use the VoIP services very easy and it allowed us to expand our team without having to go out and get a new hardware/software to be able to expand our services
Cons
  • I am very difficult to get in
