This is my second one - I have 4 towers and 2 screens. Setup is intuitive and depends on close attention and careful port selection. Switching between passengers is instantaneous, and shortcut keys avoid switch wear. A weird random issue is that the keyboard, mouse, or both are disabled. I'm unaware of the reason, but unplugging and reconnecting the mouse and/or keyboard fixes it. Purchase two short USB extension cables with the device - reconnecting them directly to the device puts undue strain on the cable and on the operator.
