The ability to upload photos, edit them in various ways (including cropping), then be able to share with others! I do love that you get notified when it's shared/posted online versus just having people come into your business asking about something they saw posted elsewhere for which no other details were available.

So far all of my clients have been thrilled by how easy this tool is compared to using facebook or any social media website out there currently - plus its free!! No complaints yet since we are still getting used to everything but so many things already seem intuitive-ish after trying one time only. We've had some great client feedback as well including comments like "this was awesome!".
