Review on LarmTek 1080P Webcam with Mic & Privacy Cover: Ideal for Mac OS & Windows, Live Streaming, Gaming, Video Conferencing by Alex Montgomery

First of all I would like to say that I am a streamer. I used to use a Logitech C920S, a much more expensive camera. Comparing the two is out of the question as the C920S has more features that I need when streaming, but the W5 has very good video quality and was as easy to install as any USB device. The microphone is standard, as with any USB device at this price point. I wouldn't use a microphone to stream as it muffles my voice from where it's sitting on my monitor. The 110-degree wide-angle view was a plus overall, but since I have a green screen, I had to move the green screen very close to my chair, leaving no room behind it. I'll use this webcam as a secondary view when needed so I don't have to turn off the C920S all the time. Overall I give this 3 stars. Among the changes that can be made is a management application such as Logitech Capture. If you're just starting out as a streamer or just need it for the occasional encounter, this is a great deal and a great product. If you're a long-established streamer, I wouldn't go for this particular webcam.
