The wax melter itself is very good! Love the size and the look, it's slim and not bulky like other heaters, plus the temp. The adjustment knob is convenient. However, the heating pad takes time to heat up and melt the wax! I would say 20-30 minutes max. Now I don't like the wax beads themselves at all, they smell very strange, barely remove hair and make things more painful than they should be compared to other wax beads. The supplied oils REALLY leak from the bottles upon delivery: the oils smell nice, the pre-wax oil is good, but I prefer baby powder, and the post-wax oil is useless, doesn't prevent ingrown hairs, etc, so I would do not use oils. 👍🏼 I hope this is helpful!
