The good news is that those who care about their bodies and are always on the lookout for the latest and greatest supplements to help them build their abs have been taking L-arginine in mega doses (about 35,000 a day!) for years. , and no side effects (except for awful muscles). Based on this I have been taking around 9000mg per day from time to time with no side effects just good results.
