The organizer works great. I used all the dividers and inserted them so my pans were fairly snug. This allowed me to keep the shorter handles pointing upward and stay that way. They don't fall down like some reviewers mentioned. The bonus was that it left a couple of large spaces for me to hold two sauce pans with their covers on the pans. It's so nice not to have to lift up a couple of pans to get the one on the bottom. This rack is installed in a bottom cabinet on a about a 10" deep shelf set on 4 pins in the back of the cabinet. It's always been a hard space to access, but this organizer has made it a breeze to get at my pans.
