I bought these thermometers to put them in the fridge in the basement. I've had issues with water dripping from the freezer into my fridge and a friend of mine who works with home appliances said it could be temperature related. I received them at the end of January and by mid-February one had already had a dead battery. I was a bit worried while wearing them. One of the reasons I bought it is because the description says the battery lasts 2 years. The second still works, but the display starts to dim. I'll change the batteries and see if they've been working long before I have them or see if it's the thermometer.
