I never asked for a replacement pan, nor did I expect to get one for free, but you very generously took care of my problem. Your concern for customer satisfaction says a lot about your company. Second, you have a very good product that you are selling. A few years ago I had a skillet for boiling eggs. It was made from a very light alloy. Your pan is of very good quality and I am very happy with it. Cooking poached eggs in these cups is so easy, the eggs come out easily, although as your brochure suggested, I used a little non-stick spray. The eggs cook fairly quickly and look amazing when taken out. It makes a good presentation for food. Again, I want to thank you for your attention to my problem.
