Cheap solution for a simple problem
These work OK for the intended purpose. It's easy to not screw these in at the opposite side of the can so that the retrofit LED lights I installed were tilting showing a gap in ceiling upon install. These also kinda spin around on ya since there is only 1 screw securing these. But short term they work, and I don't see any reason why they shouldn't work long term too.
- Can be adjusted easily to fit different ceiling heights
- May not be compatible with certain types of light sensors or timers
