I have several mops including two commercial ones. This mop is made from very high quality aluminium, making it an easy to use and lightweight mop. I don't really need a commercial mop, but it can cover a lot of area. The mop head can be rotated 360° for even faster work. The assembly was intuitive, a small manual is included in the kit. The pads are made out of 90% polyester and 10% polyamide as far as I know, the same composition as Bona's expensive microfiber pads. If you need replacement pads, try buying some of the newer generic brands. Below I have posted washing instructions. This mop can clean all types of floors and I have several different types in this old house from soft pine to ceramic, hardwood and laminate. The squeegee/squeegee is 24 inches long and wide enough to make the job quick and easy. This is a really light and inexpensive mop. All components are of high quality, the mop lasts a long time. Problem? Synthetic zipper easily separates from tongue. No matter how good I think this mop is, the dusting part doesn't work. Doesn't stand up to actual commercial use. WASHING: Wash in warm water. Air dry or tumble dry low. No bleach or fabric softener, including dryer sheets.
