Review on Jobkitten by Ray Richards

The ease of use was my favorite thing about this program! I love how easy it makes finding candidates to fill positions for our organization has been made so much easier than before we used other programs like Monster or Career Builder!! There are some things you can't do in their system (like create ads) but they're working towards adding those features soon which will be great because then there would not even need an alternative as far as advertising goes. Definitely try them out if your looking into recruiting new employees - especially since everything from posting jobs/ads through hiring process all have one place now-a days. !
