The ability to customize for our business process requirements without having to spend time trying to get it right ourselves. We have been able to build out several custom BPM solutions that meet or exceed what we originally thought possible with this product line. It has also allowed us to develop other functionality within the system as well which was not available when using their standard offerings. I wish there were more people involved at support level who could answer questions about customization / integrations of non-Azteka products into Aztekas systems. There are still some limitations around creating new modules but overall they do provide good value if one knows how to use them properly. Having used multiple platforms over my career (including Salesforce) - i can say Astaro/Azienda provides better integration between different applications than any others. This allows me to leverage.
