I have to return this item. It arrived scratched and the cleavage didn't match my plumbing problem I ordered it for. When I tried to return two items I had purchased, I received a message that the item was non-refundable. I didn't notice anything like that before I bought it! I am not happy and still need a solution to my plumbing problem without having to call a plumber to disconnect hoses and install rings in two bathrooms. It's no fun after the nightmares of building Hurricane Harvey. I gave one star but if it were possible I would give a minus.
