Simple cheap solution

I love finding an affordable solution to an annoying problem. We were having problems with water hammer when the plumber came in and turned the inverters back on to do some testing. I had to cut large holes when installing the new drywall to allow for turners. Since the lathes were already on, I knew I wouldn't bother taking them off and putting them back on just for the plate. You can just open them up and bypass the pipe and it will work!

Very easy to use, good for faucets

I bought this to replace a faucet in my bathroom with a toilet pipe. I have steel tubing but this half inch CTS fits perfectly. It seemed flimsy but looks very nice once installed. It took me 25 seconds to install this in my pipeline. (The previous pad was cut with metal snips.) I doubt how long it will last because it's plastic, but it takes less than a minute to replace. I would definitely buy again. My biggest problem is the price because it seems quite high. However, I can't find this in…

This item is cheaply made and does not match the description

I have to return this item. It arrived scratched and the cleavage didn't match my plumbing problem I ordered it for. When I tried to return two items I had purchased, I received a message that the item was non-refundable. I didn't notice anything like that before I bought it! I am not happy and still need a solution to my plumbing problem without having to call a plumber to disconnect hoses and install rings in two bathrooms. It's no fun after the nightmares of building Hurricane Harvey. I gave

If you need it, you need it. Even if the price is too high.

It was needed when it was necessary to perform an intrawall installation repair that required the dismantling of wall tiles, which required cutting off a metal solid lining. Without removing the nipple or shut-off valve, it is impossible to install a new one. Since I have decided not to risk a new leak, this split type is the ideal product. Easy to install and looks pretty good (just make sure the "connector" is vertical under the feed nipple). The only criticism is the price for a small piece…

Easy to slip on

Used for copper tubing leading to the toilet. The outside diameter of this pad is slightly smaller than the pad I replaced. (this was installed in 1964 and is made of chrome steel). So, for me at least, a touch up is needed. I tried installing one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Floor-Ceiling-Plate-IPS-Pack/dp/B00EA57YUU/ref=sr_1_19?dchild=1&keywords=Escutcheon%2C&qid=1597969187&sr=8-19 But that doesn't work because the hole in the middle is too small. Another point about the guy in the…

Precise fit. Ease of installation. Looks great.

Three of these were used as replacement pads for the cold water supply lines to the toilet (from the floor) and the hot and cold water lines to the sink (from the wall). All 1/2" copper. Some reviewers say they're flimsy and cheaply made. I guess you could say that they'll break, and they certainly will NOT rust like the originals, and in my opinion they look a lot better than metallic hinged split flange plates. stationery knife. A groove for this already exists. I can't figure out how to…
