I like that it is easy for employees or clients of my employer, as well as myself! It has been very useful in finding out if our HR department had missed something when we filled an application form with them back during 2016/2017 tax season! Also helps keep track of how many hours have gone by since last time you reviewed your record keeping policies so there aren't any surprises later down the line (or at least not too big ones!) Have no complaints about this software - just use what works best for YOU! We are able to easily see all information related to each employee's records which can be used both internally within the office but also externally through their website / social media pages etc., allowing us better communication across departments where necessary.
