I like that this system gives you all of your state level laws in one place, it is very easy for someone who does not have any experience or knowledge about these types things but can be overwhelming if they know too much at once! It is easy for management to use once they understand it, there are no features that I dislike or didn't like as much as other companies have. The support team was very helpful with any questions we had about how everything worked. It's not always up to date when things change in labor law but they do try to keep you informed of those changes so if something comes up then you know what needs to be done. I liked that it's easy to navigate and understand. It also has a lot of features, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. There are some things that could be better. For example, there is no way to make a payment directly from this system. The software needs to be improved in terms of security, ease of use, training, and support.
