I like that it is easy for new hires who are just starting out at their jobs, but also gives me peace of mind knowing this system has been in place since 2006 when we implemented our first policy! It's not too difficult or time consuming if you have someone else helping set up your policies/rulesets etc..
If they can't do everything themselves then hiring more people would be helpful because there will always need tweaking as laws change over the years (in California). We use ESpiteo with all employees including contractors so everyone knows where things stand without having them call HR daily about issues which was an issue before implementing Espito - now no one questions anything unless something comes across my desk requiring action from us directly such as being late paying bills once every few months. This helps keep track of what needs done by whom instead of sending.
