Perfect but - my new review

Unfortunately I can't give a perfect rating as I fear mine may be defective. Everything is great BUT I can't get the volume control to work. Pushing the joystick left will decrease the volume, turning it right should increase the volume, BUT IT WILL NOT INCREASE! Luckily I have other ways to adjust the volume with my laptop as I have a monitor connected to my laptop via HMDI. Works great.
