The ability to see what's going with our clients in their state as well across states allowing us better oversight of compliance requirements. As far as I know there isn't anything that we dislike about HRX (the software). If you're looking at this product do your research into how it will fit within an existing process or workflow because some things may not be compatible right off the bat without making changes first. We have been able solve issues such as payroll tax credit reporting discrepancies between multiple platforms which has allowed greater transparency when working towards regulatory compliances!
