Yes, there is no heart rate monitor, but there is reason to believe that the value of a heart rate monitor, for running, and even more so for everyday life, is greatly inflated.
I have not yet understood how adequate a smart alarm clock is, but I suspect that there are as many benefits from it as from a regular one.

In short: if you run and want to improve your technique, take it.
If you want a light, budget, simple watch with a few cool goodies and an interesting design, take it.
If you want a cool fancy fitness bracelet with a heart rate monitor / pressure measurement / Winx fairies call, I recommend excluding this device from consideration.

Pros

Affordable price. The presence of a unique functionality for tracking running technique, more precisely its characteristics (time of contact with the ground, impact upon landing, eversion of the foot, angle of overlap, on which part of the leg you land). Accurate measurement of cadence, pace/speed, number of steps. Nice design. Long-life battery. Vibrating alarm. Phone search function. Sufficient protection against water, I wash in it. Ease of use. Minimalism.

Cons
