I couldn't press the ball of my foot, and despite bed rest, ice, heat, and stretching, a week went by and my foot just got worse, not better. It was so crowded it was unbearable, even going to the toilet was awful. In a panic, my doctor said I bought a sleeping boot and this ball. I opened the box, dropped the ball on the floor, and carefully rolled it under the balls of my feet. It hurt a little, but it felt good too. Then there was a light cotton feeling, and the main tension and pain disappeared! Although I'm still not fully healed, that ball was the one that rebuilt the ligament in my foot so I could walk better. UPDATE 11/11/2015: Still loving this little thing. I use it on my arms almost every day and so does my mother. She plays flute and cello. I'm learning to play the violin. Learning the instrument can be difficult for your hands with all the new positions, but this ball really helps alleviate the kinks and pain. I have also used it as a hand strengthener along with other gel-like products. I love it! UPDATE 7/27/2016: My foot tendon still fails from time to time and it's very, very painful when it happens. I lost my Rubz and got a new one at Revain. Although it only took 2 days to get here it was an awful wait and next time I will pay 1p for postage. But the moment I opened the box and used the ball, I knew everything was going to be fine. After four days of increasing pain I used the Rubz Ball, got my foot back in place and was able to walk around the zoo pain free for hours the next day - neither during nor after! This item comes highly recommended. Given to a friend mom. For me it's almost a life saver. 20+ stars!
