Review on 📦 SunFounder NAS Kit: Raspberry Pi Storage Solution with Dual Fan & Micro SD Card by Smooth May

Right out of the box, Sunfounder only sent an 8GB SD card. Online shows that OpenMediaVault needs 16-32 GB to run. Unfortunately, the HAT has no power and the SD card failed in many places during installation. The terminal said the Pi 4 needs newer software to use on the Pi 4. I had to manually install the Raspbian OS as well as OpenMediaVault without any help from Sunfounder. As of January 26th I have yet to get the HAT working. My son got it for Christmas 2020. Do not buy this product. You can get the Pi 4 separately and put it in a nice case with working fans and an LCD. I do not recommend. Since I received this item as a gift, Sunfounder is not responding to my emails to resolve the HAT issue. I actually put this in a different case and ran my own NAS. DO NOT BUY
