Large Chest Strap no different in size than Medium

I've owned the Medium size of this harness for a year for my Doberman. We love it. She's now maturing and her chest has outgrown the medium. We ordered the Large. I don't know what the manufacturer did wrong but the chest strap is suppose to be 4" longer than on a medium. It is not. Its the exact same size around and fits my girl no different than the Med doesIn the image you can see both harnesses expanded to the maximum. The one with the white Threads is the new Large. Certainly no different than the Medium chest strap below it in solid black.Don't get me wrong, we LOVE the original harness. Not sure where they screwed up but they are definitely sending out mis-sized Large with a 31" circumference in Chest.
