Review on 🔋 Dorman 603-109 Front Engine Coolant Reservoir: Ideal for Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac Models by Jesse Bailey

My mechanic charged me a little over $300 to install a new coolant reservoir. I decided to make it myself and I am very happy with it! I saved about $270 and it took less than 20 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. This is a great example of why it's a good idea to do it yourself! Remove 3 hoses and a nut and voila! (I used a manual transfer pump to bleed the coolant from the tank before removing the main hose so I didn't spill coolant everywhere. It's not a big deal anyway, but it's an easy way to avoid a mess. ) In case other DIY ladies are thinking about giving this a whirlwind, it's very easy and there are some good videos on Youtube. A good project for beginners, IMHO.
