Review on HoMedics® Footbath Massager Kneading Vibrating by Susan Stephens

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pleasantly surprised

Wow, I love this shop! I've been thinking about which footbath to buy since July. My husband wanted to get me one for our anniversary as he knew I sometimes skip manicures and pedicures due to being at home with Covid and asked me to choose the ones I want. I immediately went in search of Revain and was overwhelmed with the choice. I wanted the water to stay warm with some massaging action and bubbles. Do I need one with precise temperature control? It sure sounded good. Massagers all over the bottom of the tub? Why not? Bubble holes all the way? Yes, please! Once again overwhelmed by the choice and couldn't decide from the many options. I searched off and on for a few weeks and finally decided that Black Friday (or sometime this week) would be the time I finally picked one. I'm glad I waited! I had never seen the Homedics Shiatsu Bliss before and although I was a little skeptical about the imprecise temperature control and worried that the water wasn't getting very warm, my feet felt so happy after using it. I started with a Shiatsu massage with heat. This worked well on my toes and heels, but I had to apply a fair amount of pressure to get my high arches (not really a problem); it was a bit warm. I added a mixture of cold and warm water to keep the starting temp cool. I started the bubbles (which were louder than I expected), turned the shiatsu back on, and turned the heater back on. Wow. The water warmed up quickly. Wonderfully warm. I was impressed. I was afraid it would just keep the same temperature. No, he rightly heated the water and kept it nice and warm until I closed my eyes and was ready to fall asleep, my feet being blissfully treated to the pleasant rubbing sensation of the wet, bubbling wonderland. The only thing that stopped me was that the spa shut itself off after 30 minutes which is a good safety measure. Overall, I am very happy that I waited and found my foot bath purchase. The controls are easy to use and very intuitive. Single press of the keys that light up when the function is active. The foot bath is larger than I expected, much roomier than the old one I had when I was in high school. The shiatsu massagers are placed in the center so you can move your foot up and down and have room (I'm a size 9 in women's shoes), although I had to put my toes on them to get my heels back. the front wall of the bath. The packaging also states that there is a 2-year guarantee. I would recommend it if people can get into it!
