Love surprises especially when they come in a box and boy was surprised by this Bora Portamate PM-1000. Well painted, good strong screws, fit quite intuitively, you can definitely see and feel the build quality. Even the threads I threaded into the 4 pieces they used were smooth and taut but easy to thread with my fingers. As someone who has been involved with nuts and bolts for 50 years it was a pleasure to put this unit together. I can't count the number of times I've bought products over the years and had to deal with missing screws, wobbly threads, among other issues. If the company produced the same quality product at a lower price, I would certainly buy more expensive end products now. I feel like I got a very good deal, Bora has my deal now. I guess I'll just go to their website and see what other products they sell. Thank you Bora for your commitment to quality at a reasonable price, I feel a little guilty. Y/K :)
