"I've had problems with the empv-36gc881 since the day I received it and it stopped working today. To say the least, I'm very disappointed with the product. Initially, the right front burner worked on day one did not work, the burner went out shortly after if you did not bring the lighter to the flame sensor for a few minutes, igniters gradually became useless and also did not ignite burners that require a lighter, and non-burners do not burn and have an inconsistent flame i can't find any parts for it and no instruction manual comes with it , clean or repair it I bought the item on 2nd February 2019 and it was used for the first time in April when the house was finished If I can't get parts to fix it I need to buy a new one, and if I'm forced to do it, it won't be empawa I don't want to buy a new one every 6-12 months, I hope you can restore my confidence in you and your product."
