I am rating this product for what it does not my real like or dislike for foam pillows. This is an incredibly well made product from the start. Fascination arises immediately. When you open the box you will see a well-packaged, beautiful pillow with a unique and thoughtful design. Blue striped side for a cooler sleep. Red striped side for a warmer sleep. Serious? Yes. It delivers. After touching both sides, I fully understood, and the "conductivity" of the fabric told the story. An extra bag of stuffing if I wanted it to be fuller, or instructions to remove a piece and drop it a little lower. But here I add; I don't like how this thing feels. This does not reflect the product. This is a great memory foam pillow. After receiving it, I understand that comfy foam pillows are not for me. Too hard, no, I just don't like them.
