I like that they are very knowledgeable about all of our applications, both internal and external. They also have some really cool tools for data visualization which helps us make better decisions faster than we would if it were just numbers alone. The support team can be slow at responding sometimes but overall I think their service has been great so far! We haven't had any major issues yet, but as always, there's always something going on in IT. As long as everything works well when you need them, then this isn't much of an issue. It could take longer than expected to get responses back or help with certain problems. Also, I wish they offered more training opportunities outside of the one-day class. Have someone who understands your business needs come out and give you advice on how to best use these systems.
