We purchased 2 H1 locks last year, we installed one right away and loved it. This week, we needed the 2nd and we installed it. My! Fingerprints won't get stored even all steps were followed. So I contacted Harfo store right away. They said the product is discontinued and they'll be happy to replace it with the L1. Informed us the estimated delivery date is March 20th. Well, it came on the 19th and I installed it right away. All by myself although the inner screws were tricky. Registered mine and hubby's, and oh boy, it works just as promised! Thank you. Now we have Harfo locks on our master bedroom and painting studio. Purchase is worth it, plus great customer service! Thank you!
