On the first day there was a leak at the bottom of the shower head where it attaches to the hose. After wrapping it with electrical tape, the leak decreased but persisted. The shower head now leaks through the hose nozzle and sprays random jets into some of the holes in the shower head itself. My bathroom looks like a water park after every shower. The hose keeps the water temperature longer and has a high pressure (almost too much for my sensitive skin). All in all I'm disappointed, I'll definitely have to replace it soon.
