A great product. Well made, and very effective and easy to use. I developed shin splints in my leg from pushing the envelope a little (ok, a lot) too hard on uphill sprints. From my pen name you can get the info that I am not exactly a youngster, so finding a well made, portable pad that can be adapted in so many ways to bring some soothing relief to my self-inflicted aches from trying to stay in shape allowed me to resume my training routine much faster then I would have expected if I was limited to a typical electric heating pad. I have already bought the smaller version, which I also recommend.
