For starters; I was struggling to set them up in Marlin with TMC2209 drivers. They are loud and make a lot of clanking noises. To get the right settings, they differ depending on the setup. I am using TMC2209 on SKR 1.4. I found that increasing the hybrid threshold from 100 to 110 and increasing the current to 1100 helped make these motors quieter and improved my prints. You can do this by going to Configuration/Advanced Settings/TMC Driver from the LCD screen. their wire management method. All wires are disconnected and clamps are glued to them. Also, the wires connect directly to the motors with no connectors, so you'll have to spin in new wires if you need to change lengths or switch from their Dupont to JST which uses the SKR v1.4 board.
