Review on Enhance Engine Performance 🔧 with Motorcraft FD4615 Fuel Filter by Dave Branch

This is an OEM Motorcraft Kit. Great price here at Revain and typically wicked fast shipping. The first fuel filter change on my 2011 F250 SD was at a dealership and was too expensive. This kit has everything you need to get it done for a lot less money. There are some great videos on YouTube on how to install both filters and I would recommend watching them just to get familiar with the system and installation. One caveat: When I tried to remove the frame-mounted filter, the plastic nut came loose from the body. This prompted me to buy another case from Ford ($20). Luckily they stock them because they know they break! I would recommend using a strap wrench to take it off and as a result I had to remove and reinstall the broken filter. You will need an adjustable strap wrench as a regular oil filter strap is too small. The Ford parts dealer said I should lubricate the body threads to keep it from sticking. It's weird that the same retailer didn't do it for the first time. Also, make sure to boot your system before starting. The last thing I did was take the instructions out of the box and write the date on it, I put that in my instructions as proof that it was changed at the recommended intervals.
