Ugh! I wish this company would develop a product that would not damage the plug after use. I've had this set for two months and have to work with customer service to get a replacement. again! They really are amazing and I love the product but wish they would last longer. My advice is if you buy these headphones make sure you keep your proof of purchase as you will need it for a replacement as the headphone jack will fail within a few months of purchase. No matter how gentle and careful you are, the wires inside the cable have snapped and the entire kit will need to be replaced. Luckily, Sleep Phones' customer service is good, but you'll have to go weeks without Sleep Phones to get a replacement. Keep a spare device ready as a backup.
