If the wall plate is attached to the wall strictly horizontally, and then the TV is attached to the bracket, it deviates from the horizontal by a couple of degrees. The bracket is slightly curved so the TV is not perfectly aligned with the wall plate. That is, the wall panel is horizontal, there is no TV. I have a shelf that sits strictly horizontally above the TV, which makes it look even worse. That might be fine on small TVs, but on a big TV it looks like it's tilted. Unfortunately, there is no adjustment for small compensations on the temple. The clean step is to call tech support for suggestions. A couple of other things: mounting the bracket on the back of the TV looked ok without the stands, but once it was mounted on the swivel bracket the power plug didn't fit. Turn it back off to add stands to the back of the TV and make room for the power plug. It was my fault so make sure everything is clean before installing to avoid problems. Another thing is that there is a bracket above the zone of all input connectors. Otherwise, it's very nice to have "full" movement.
