Decent brush but some problems

Update 2: As much as I love the brush, the customer service for this product was not good. I have contacted the company several times about brush bristles falling out and now the brush is unusable. I hate changing my estimate, but a one-year warranty is worthless if the company doesn't back it. Update: I've had the brush for almost a year now and I need to change something. Battery usage has stabilized after the engine has been broken in and I can get by on one set of batteries for several weeks. The UV massage helps my scalp, I see new growth and feel less inflammation. Now the problem is the softness of the bristles on the brush. At about 6 months the bristles started breaking and at first I wasn't worried but now they break almost every day to the point where the entire center section is missing. I have a second brush, but the company really needs to replace the plastic with it. And how do you get new ones? I doubt it's covered under warranty but if I don't get new tips I'll have to look elsewhere which is a shame because overall I like the product. It seems to be a decently made vibrating brush. You get two brush heads, which is nice, the switch feels pretty solid, and the heads are light on the scalp. There are some questions and questionable design decisions. The first problem is that it drains batteries at a rate of one set per week. It starts off great but then slows down significantly towards the weekend. There is also space for three UV lamps, but only two are connected. The description says two. why is it there I'm also wondering why the switch is connected for vibration only and is lit/vibrating. It seems to make more sense to just use the light and the light/vibration setting. Battery life doesn't seem to be greatly affected by the Vibration Only setting, so it's an odd design choice. It's pretty thick, but not that bad. It's also slippery so be careful if you have wet hands. I haven't had enough time to determine if the UV rating is correct and helps, but hopefully this helps,
