Review on Triceratops Midweight Boys' Clothing - Minus33 Merino Wool for Enhanced Performance by John Maynard

How can wool be so soft?!

I was hesitant to buy something in wool for my 3 year old daughter but we needed something warmer than her cotton/poly blend items. She's a bit picky about comfort, but I have a pair of Minus33 wool socks that I really like and they don't itch at all. And other reviews claim it's boring. I can attest that this shirt is very soft, almost as soft as your favorite fleece blanket. It feels light, so it shouldn't get very hot. Thumbholes help keep sleeves down when adding layers. And the material is flexible and elastic. It seems big for an XS, but I'm ok with that - the more years she can use it the better. The only thing I gave up was the price. I would spend that on a nice wool sweater for myself. But when I looked more closely at similarly designed items at Best Buy, I found that the price is not unreasonable. Especially for the quality you get from Minus33. I can't comment on durability as I've never washed it. But if your socks can serve as a guide, then this shirt should do. I highly recommend this product; it is worth 5 stars.
