When I turn on the 3-roller for the first time, I press the start button and it flashes "OFF". I press the power button, nothing, then I press the left and right arrows, nothing. I can't figure out how to turn on the curling iron. I read the instructions and didn't say how to turn it on, just how to switch from C to F. After playing around with all the buttons, I found that I had to hold down the power button until it turned on. Watch the attached video. I'm not sure if I received a defective product? You can turn it off the same way. When it finally worked, I turned on the 400F. I smell burnt so I lower the temp to 360F. I have long straight hair below my shoulder. I divide my hair into sections and start at the top. I love the waves the curling iron creates. It took me about 10 minutes to curl all of my hair. It gave me beautiful perm-like waves. Simple and easy to use but a little clunky and heavy for my small hands.
