Great tool to automate the work and save time.

The best part about this product is that it has many features which are helpful for our business needs. It's easy to use,it can be used by anyone without any professional training or experience. I like its user friendly interface and how simple it makes my work easier. There isn't anything bad in this software as of now but if you have an issue with something then please let us know so we can resolve your problem immediately.
We are solving problems related to IT service management using this tool. This helps me automate tasks and reduce manual effort.

Easy access through internet browser alongwith mobile applications too! Its great way keep track all activities happening within organization & employees' activity also gets tracked easily!!All these things together make very useful Software Product !!!! And when comes at such low price tag ,its more better.i think.he he..:) :) :) ).I love iT Service Management Tool !!
