After trying this water sensor in my basement, I finally have peace of mind regarding potential flooding. The setup was easy and the alarm sound is loud enough to hear throughout my entire HOME. The app integration is also helpful, allowing me to monitor and adjust settings from my phone. The only downside is that the sensor does require a steady wifi connection but that's a minor inconvenience compared to the security it provides.
