Unfortunately, we just started using them this week for school, so we never tested them before yesterday. I love the colors and the kids love them, but the pink pair for my daughter the teachers have been complaining about her sounding muffled. I made are to turn the volume up and checked them out to see what we could change, but today is still the same. No one can understand her words because she sounds muffled. The blue pair is working great, no issues or complaints and it's too late to return them.
