Each of the first two lasted about a month or so, but after I posted a negative review Simolio reached out and immediately replaced them with a newer and hopefully better model. I have only had the new headsets for a few days, so haven't had a chance to really test them, but I'm very impressed with the warranty and proactive customer service.

So my kids liked them. They fit well, are comfortable, and the sound control feature is nice. Less than three months later the blue pair (I purchased the two pack consisting of one blue and one pink headset) only works in one ear. Although the pink set still works the cord around the sound control is fraying. I contacted the company and they shipped two new ones without any hasal. Great customer service. The quality however is not great they need to be handled gently and cannot be pulled out of

I have twin 5 year olds. I purchased a set of these for use on road trips etc. They've only been used once, but my the first impression is great!Vibrant colors, very comfortable and light. The 3 sound levels are exactly as described and actually work. Also, there is the ability to adjust the volume via a toggle on the cord. We received the headphones and one was dead on arrival. Sent email to the company (contact info came with the headset) and they quickly sent me a replacement. Customer service was fantastic.They headsets are great and seem to hold up well to my child. The volume slider is a bit small for a kid but some might like that. Ear padding is a little hard for my ears but my kid doesn’t seem to mind.5 star customer service and 4.5 stars on the product.

My kids love these headsets! The sound is great for them and easily adjustable with the useful volume controls at hand, plus the cushion seems to be comfortable for their ears! They work great for the online school interaction we have to do right now, PLUS they can still use them for their other devices once school is over, so versatility is a wonderful feature for us.

these fit well my 4 yr old and my 7 yr old and probably will for some time. they survived a couple road trips and seem to have been a good value! my daughter is really afraid of loud things and was hesitant to use headphones, she loved that these could not be too loud for her.

My son uses his for school on their chromebooks. I ordered the 2 pairs together, because he went through multiple headphones and brands last year. The others just didn't last or the sound quality was poor. He is still on his first pair since Augut and loves them. He can hear everything perfectly and they are comfortable too!

Daughters complain it is tight on there ears but sound is good. That's my review. Also cording came off cord headphone wiring.

Nice headphones. I like that you can control the volume. They adjust to fit bigger heads, but even the smallest setting is a little big for my 3 year old. Oh well, she'll grow until then.

***EDIT*** The customer service team of this company reached out to me and replaced both headsets free of charge. I am super happy they did that and I would recommend this company for that reason. The new sets are working fine and I appreciate the help.Both stopped working after a month or so. My kids sat and used them for remote learning only so there is no reason they should have just stopped working. Not eligible for return at this point either 😡

My grandchildren are hard on headphones, out of all we’ve tried these hold up the best, my daughter goes through about three sets a year, other brands was every month. They sound good enough my elderly mother wanted a pair!

I bought these for my sons to use at school. They like that they fold up nicely and fit inside their desks. They say they sound good and that they liked them.

These did not last very long maybe a couple of months before 1 of them stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent another out right away, then the other went out and customer service helped me get another. Extremely good customer service.

I ordered these headphones for our boys and they love them. They came quickly and they have been dropped a few times in the last few days and they are still holding up.

I love these headphones. They are very child-friendly. They work really well for my 2 and 3 year old when they want to share a tablet but when I dont want it blaring out. I dont have to worry about them breaking them or the sound being too loud. They are very flexible and they can grow with the child and can change the volume. These headphones are awesome for the price point. Upon arrival, the fabric sheath that covers the wire was already frayed. After some usage, the sheath frayed a little more and resulting in a kink. Please see picture. Other than that, my kids love them. The three, volume control option is a neat feature!

The both were OK for about a month, now one works, one is so quiet that it doesn't. The sound only increases a little is you push the call button on the cord. What a waste.

Great product. Keeps the house quiet while the kids are doing their distance learning and other device related activities during this quarantine. Sound quality is great. Even on the 75 db setting my 40 year old ears could hear sound really well. Headband and ear cushions are comfortable. Offering them in a 2-pack was a great idea.

It seems to be a good deal, this price for two headsets. Unfortunately both lasted for about a year. The return window is only 30 days and product support is only 6 months. If you purchase, strongly advise spending a bit to purchase Asurion insurance when Walmart offers it during checkout.They worked well when they did work, but volume controls did not change the volume that drastically.
